What if?.....Monday July 21st, 2008
Hey Everyone.
I hope you had a great weekend and stayed cool in this heat wave. If you have not left your city of residence this summer please make sure you do so. Get out and enjoy places outside your vacinity.I know gas prices are high but make it happen. It's good for the mind to have a bit of change of pace.
Over the weekend I had thought about when I was younger and used to collect comics. There was a series on Marvel Comics called What if?...It would make up hypothetical stories various with Superheroes.
I thought it would be interesting to create a some "What If" situations think about and comment on.
Here you go...
What if the was no internet?
What if there was no Hip-Hop?
What if the Confederates won the Civil War?
What if there was only one religion? Would there still be wars?
What if all drugs were legal?
What if Paligamy was legal worldwide?
What if all professional sports teams were coed?
What if health care was free worldwide?
What if people could really understand each others hardships and cultures?
Post a comment on what you think about these "What If's" and please post any good "What If's" you can think of.
Here's a couple classic videos for you...
Here's a funny clip for the day.
Harlemite Shouts out: Larry McKenzie, Gilbert and Miatta Smith,Dream ATL, Hope Merritt III, DJ Rasta Roots, Fudge, Wayne Wattley, Monster, Terry, Laura Ciocia, Phife, Dexter Thibou, Diamond, Ben, Meth, Renee Service, Monica Campbell, Keisha Y. Simmons,Chaka Zulu,Dave Munford, and Neville Edwards.
